[thelist] Does basic CSS work in Linux Browsers - Konquerer, Mozilla, Lynx

Lynx is text brouser as to Mozilla it depends upon version (like on Win
platform) and actually differs from IE (as Win Netscape do) For example a
hover wouldn't act. But the most basic features wuold do
as for Konquerer, I didn't tstid it
