So what seems to be the problem? Oznic.com is a registrar. Or is it beav.com that you're concerned about? I'm somewhat confused here... In general, however, WIPO tends to be a useful place to look for help - but it does cost into the thousands [US$] for a hearing... ...otherwise I would've fought harder to get graphicist.com back..... -m -----Original Message----- From: thelist-admin at lists.evolt.org [mailto:thelist-admin at lists.evolt.org] On Behalf Of Ron_Senykoff at BEAEROSPACE.COM Sent: November 28, 2001 11:31 AM To: thelist at lists.evolt.org Subject: [thelist] cybersquatters! help! Apparently a company in Australia is claiming that they now own our domain name. Turns out the person who was listed as the contact at our company left and nobody knew that the domain was expiring / expired. Somebody told me that there is now a period after expiration in which you can get the domain back. Dunno anything about this so can somebody point me in the right direction? Also, is what they're doing legal? Below is the whois info for the site. Notice that is still lists the expiration date as 01-Nov-2001. TIA!
