Look up registars, read about them, find one that has a price
you like *and* an agreement that you like - and look for a 
'transfer' option on their site.  Also look for a registrar 
that allows you to easily manage your DN; change DNS, contact
emails and other details.

A good option would be a registrar that allows you to transfer
your domain name to them and your only cost would be an additional
year added to your DN.  Most won't charge a 'transfer' fee - and
shouldn't.
