Hi Dan,

Are you using any locked shared-scope variables in your <cfmail> tags?

In CFAdministrator there is a setting for "restart at X unresponsive requests" under the "Settings" tab. If you have locks within the <cfmail> tags you are using to generate the emails and they are timing out, they will be considered unresponsive requests, and will force a restart of CF. Also make sure your mail server is verified in the administrator settings. I know this is elementary, but it seems to get overlooked.

Also, in the "Mail Settings" tab of the Administrator, you can check the option to log email messages sent by coldfusion. Check this, and review the log for abnormalities.

Hope this gives you some ideas..

Take Care,

Seth
