MacOSX 10.1 has the ability to utilize SMB/CIFS services built in that will
allow you to connect to any Windows shares available on the network. To
allow the PC users to connect to the Mac, you can download the free SambaX
and SSCT from http://xamba.sourceforge.net/index.shtml

For OS9 and below, Dave is the way to go.
