I have a client who is moving their site to our company for hosting.
Unfortunately they don't have FTP access in their current host provider's
contract.  They also don't want to notify their current host that they are
moving until the move is complete.  What's the best software for saving an
entire site off the web?  I've tried a few, but they butchered the html so
bad its almost easier just to use IE.  Any suggestions?
