I see that Mark Howells sent along something for Mac.

I'm not sure if you need Mac or PC, so if you need PC, SnagIt does this. 
It's not free but there is a 30-day trial:

It has a good reputation with my colleagues who use it especially for this 
feature. I've just finally downloaded it recently and will be trying it out.
