functionality is still able to run, no matter what browser you use, its not
an issue.

actually, if you read what he said, his perspective is that of a
customer, or a user...

that perspective is to buy something, regardless of browser...

the developer perspective in this example would be, "i'm Amazon,
i'm online to sell products and make money, this guy can't order
from me, but he wants to."
