Subject: RE: [thelist] Jumping In With Both Feet

>>Really? Can I buy books faster on Amazon with IE6? Does CSS support
>>get me more money in my online account?

>so your perspective is to make money then?
>thats all you want from the web?

Neither of those applications make me (the user) money

And I could come up with a whole range of things I do online, none of which
are improved by new browser functionalities.

Besides, making money is not a bad thing, is it? It pays my mortgage. Keeps
my son

(http://www.easyweb.co.uk/pics/morgan/) in the clothes he keeps growing out
of.

And to be honest, any application which would *force* users to change
because it has enough impact on enough people is going to be a product of a
money-making enterprise.

Cheers

Martin
