Referring to the aforementioned posting.......

"....Did you visit their "upgrade" page? It's some site run by a bunch of supposedly
important bleeding-edge web people, none of whom I can recall hearing of, that
basically says "you people running old browsers are making it too hard to build
highly graphical eye-candy web pages, and instead of figuring out what really
needs to be there we're going to stamp our feet and try and force you to
upgrade"...."

Hmmmm........from webstandards.org(http://www.webstandards.org/upgrade/), describing the browser upgrade initiative:
"... aimed at encouraging developers to use W3C standards..."

That does not sound like "stamp(ing) your feet"
