Both, but here I'm arguing from the perspective of the user. Because
if you don't have an argument for *users* to want to upgrade, they
just won't.

Mark - it took me a while to realise yesterday, but actually we're agreeing
with each other. Sites *should* work (to agreed levels) in all browsers.
I'm
objecting to the developer perspective of "Well of course, everyone should
upgrade to make my life easier", because with my user hat on, I don't care.
