I have had a lot of success (top 5 results in 2-3 months) w/ a software
package called web position gold.
Also check out www.spiderfood.net
and www.searchenginewatch.com.

Both will provide you w/ the basic information as well as keep you updated
on the latest developments.

Again it is an ongoing process 9like all web related subjects) and can be
highly competitive depending on your content area.
