hmm...difficult one this the user can change the browser window size at
anytime, so even detecting it for a page they could resize furher down the
track - to be truely acurate you'd have to detect on each page.

I suppose detecting their screen resolution would mean you know how big they
can set their browser to - but again, their browser can be resized at
anytime.
