ppk and rudy -

I got rid of the inline and remote CSS instructions ... and removed the DTD from each page  Tests just fine in NN4.7, I.E. 5.5 and N6.1 offline. Can't upload it yet since I can't get into the client's FTP dir (a glitch being fixed by the host) to upload the files. Once I can, will let you know and would appreciate it if someone could test it out in I.E. 6.
