TYME} Well, now, isn't this reply just a waste of bandwidth. How practical
is this advice, really? Like trying to kill lawn crickets with a nuclear
bomb.

TYME} By the way, I too use Pop-up Stopper by PanicWare.

<tip type="conditional_comments" author="Tyme">
Conditional Comments (CC) are a handy tool for including or excluding code
for Netscape 4+ or IE5+ without _necessarily_ using javascript. See:
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/newsletter/issue8.htm (IE5+) and issue9.htm
(NN4+) for more information.

Example:

<!--[if IE 5]>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="!advanced.css" media="all" />
<![endif]-->

<!--&{document.layers!=null};
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="!basic.css" />
-->

</tip>
