[thelist] *beg* Object/Embed tag working in NS, not IE

Here is the full tag, it's been an infuriating day/night on this
one.

The page works in netscape, but in IE for PC the quicktime just
does not load at all, and it is somewhat random on IE for Mac.

What is wrong here?  And if it isn't here, is it in the page
(http://www.playboxmedia/playbox/about.html)?  Be prepared for a
force-frame on that one, by the way.

We've been working on this all night, no solution as yet.
