    Except, for the record, in IE 4, where an !important declaration in a
developer/designer style sheet will override an !important declaration in a
user style sheet. Something to keep in mind if you use !important
declarations in your style sheets and IE 4 users are a targeted segment of
your audience. (Microsoft changed this behavior in IE 5.)
