 >Yeah, but you still haven't coughed up for the other 324 times *:)

Forget to give a tip for that. Thus, I'll give two:

<tip type="BBEdit" author="Morbus Iff">
Within 6.5.1 for OS X, BBEdit has a wonderfully powerful Shell WorkSheet
command. To use it, go to your File menu, choose "New" and then "New Shell
Worksheet". You'll be greeted with a standard BBEdit window.

Now, type any shell command and hit your "Enter" key (not "Return"). The
output of the shell command will be shown in the window you typed the
results. This is insanely useful if you just need to run a quick Perl
script or get information.

To excite matters more, you can use Cmd-d to open any path that you see.
So, if you did a "locate httpd.conf" and saw the full path to the file you
wanted, simply highlight the path, hit Cmd-d, and begin editting!

These are a number of utilities I find useful in my day to day OS X life:

   Quickeys:   http://www.quickeys.com/
   TypeIt4Me:  http://www.typeit4me.com/
   xFiles:     http://personalpages.tds.net/~brian_hill/
   xFontInfo:  http://hometown.aol.com/vjalby/xfontinfo/index.html
   PandoCalendar: http://www.pandacorner.com/

Just a small list, but all of what I can remember off the top of my head.
