Option One: Create a PHP Interface to the DB for Admin work.

Option Two: Install the mySQL ODBC driver for Windows and you can user the 
mySQL DB as a "remote" DB with the horrid clunky interface that Access has.

Go with Option one, you'll thank yourself in the long run. The client will 
not be saving themselves time or money going the Access Admin route.
