Dear Shoshanna,

Thanks for sharing this useful story of your personal experience. I'll add
it to my collection.  Unfortunately,  I hear similar stories often.  Sad but
true,  the state of affairs while the Internet plays to catch up to its
global audience.  One would think someone would have thought of such matters
in the planning stages,  surprising, isn't it?
