[thelist] browser bugs per platform

That is do to the fact that every version of the
mentioned browser is on the SAME (or slight variation
of the same) platform..or win32.

Only time you run into real platform specific browser
bugs is ON different platforms with the same browser,
usually not variations of the same platform.

A better example (using IE as you did) would what
would be the bug differences between IE on Mac, IE on
win32, and IE on solaris.
