[thelist] OT: but urgent: how to save acrobat 4 document so bookmarks pane shows when users open it?

hiya!

i made an adobe acrobat 4 doc from an excel spreadsheet. i added a page to
it, great. created the bookmarks in acrobat. now how do i tell the doc to
open showing the bookmarks pane as the default behavior? this must be
simple, but the acrobat help system doesn't tell ya how to do this! <sigh>
