[thelist] Windows XP + MSIE 6

Hi,

When I was using Win2000 with MSIE 6, I remember that when I moved my
mouse over a link the link would appear in a bar near the bottom of the
MSIE window. Once I upgraded to XP, this bar has disappeared. Is there a
way to get this bar back? I like to use it when I develop my pages so I
know if I've coded my links properly (like is it &id=2page=4 instead of
&id=2&page=4)?
