I am assuming that you want something a little more reliable then simply
sticking them into a computer and reformatting them several times? I
have been told that this will reliably remove any data on the drives.

We have a couple dozen 9 gig ide drives with RH Linux on them, filled
with proprietary data. Is there a viable diskwipe utility (can run from
Windows or Linux, we don't care) which will reliably clear the disks? I
have to be able to sell the idea to some pretty savvy upper management.
The only other option is to lock these drives up. We'd prefer to re-use
them.

Thanks
