The SIUG "Swiss Internet User Group" seems to be the only swiss-specific
Group I could find.
I went to the University of Konstanz and really miss seeing the mountains

Good suggestion, but I'm trying to assess the likelihood of a client 
using NN4 without having a specific client in mind. If we have a client 
at hand then there would be no problem with assessing their company 
structure and web browser usage. What we're considering is making the 
"white label" version of our CSM system (on which subsequent client 
versions are based) standards compliant and then rework it where NN4 is 
a consideration, rather than developing for IE + NN4 as default.
