 From Eric Meyer:
 >>
    I thought that people here would be interested in knowing that, with
the kind help of resources donated by Western Civilisation, John Allsopp
and I have set up a CSS discussion list called (helpfully enough)
'css-discuss'.  You can subscribe here:

    <http://two.pairlist.net/mailman/listinfo/css-discuss>

The goal of the list is to be a place for people to ask how-to questions
about CSS, ranging from the most basic concepts to the most advanced. What
we hope to create is a place where CSS authors both novice or veteran can
join in, ask questions, request and provide assistance, and learn from the
other list members. Our primary interest is in providing practical tips
and assistance to the list members, but any CSS-centric or CSS-related
topic is currently welcomed.
