You can either :

- let it runs and see how it ends up, and act accordingly

- let people add comments and send a mail to some moderators that can
act *after* the message has been posted

- let people add comments but moderate everything, that is, ask someone
to review each message *before* it is actually displayed on the site.

Those 3 options are usable, depending on the traffic, and the "noise"
ratio. If you don't get any junk messages in 6 months, maybe the first
solution in good enough. If you get 1 link to a porn site posted each
month, then it's probably better to use solution 2. If you get 10 msg
per day about making $$$ money in 10 seconds, then it's probably better
to use solution 3 :)
