Short answer: Yes.

Even the same version of a browser on different platforms can have
different capabilities and may render pages differently. The best bet,
of course, is to have one at hand to try things as you develop. Short of
that, you can go to one of the sites (or books) that document such
differences. Sorry, but I don't have a reference handy to give you.
