[thelist] Web page doesn't display in IE6

I also noticed that many (all?) of your color values in
the .css file are in 3s, like "#006" and "#c00".  I know
we can get away with that in HTML values, but is it
correct for .css statements?  I've not seen it validate
correctly done like this.

I doubt this is causing your problem but I thought I'd
mention it anyway.

But then I could be full of it.....
