[thelist] Copyright/forbidden download default text?

Hi,

I am aware that anything that is put online is subject to download and
stealing but we still need to add those default text warnings about the
contect being copyrighted, etc.
Can anybody tell me where I can find a default text forbidding the use
of photos posted on a site?
