I don't know if Opera6 fit the requirements. I couldn't find the size of it
on their website. It takes 3.2 meg to download without Java, but how does it
behave when it's running ?

I can't test it on the machine in question, which is a few hundred thousand
miles away from me. My dad expects me to give him an answer so he won't have
to try a few solutions. :-(
Dads... sigh...

The head lemur mentionned IE 4.01
I think he's currently running IE 4, possibly 4.01, and he doesn't have
128big encryption with it. I'll try and follow that lead for now, I think
