[thelist] authorizeNet not supporting NS 6+

FYI: Processing Options:

We've been very happy with www.VerifyOnline.com .... works in all the
browsers we tested.

If you wish to have transactions in China,  their www.e-NetChina.com also
works well in all the browsers we tested.

Support is excellent.
