sort of, except i don't see the connection between properties and rates

sometimes the best way to visualize a query result is to build it in excel

could you do that?

  PropName PropDesc Pic1 Pic2 UnitType Rate1 Rate2 Rate3 Rate4
  aaaaaaa     dddddd      x       y          sss          4        5
3         4

as you start to create these "sample" rows, you will notice repetition,
yes?

this will make it obvious how to nest your loops
