- From my mail client I can see this is a lengthy thread but I want to
answer you without influence from the others right now:

In my experience here in .dk I find that my clients don't give a damn
how fast the page loads because most of them have fast connections. The
only one that does care is, surprisingly enough on a modem.

This also translates to screen size. One client I'm working with now is
a classic example, check out www.telehuset.dk on 800x600: Ghastly isn't
it? You may not realize it but there is a 'Kontakt' button on the left
menu. You can *only see it on 1024x728* Sheesh!

It appears that they have little or no idea that anyone experiences the
net differently than themselves. When you point this out to them they
generally get it. But without being told they just have no idea.

Why should they?
