If what you have works, there is no compelling reason to switch. However,
there might be reasons in the future:

1) you are developing a site that needs apache features like .htaccess or
apache auth or indexes with auto languages, etc.

2) you want a server that doesn't have as large a memory footprint

3) you are developing an app that you want to distribute with a server

4) you want to gain the experience of admin with apache

5) you want a server that makes it quicker to make admin changes for
running virtual sites, etc for development

Similar kinds of arguments can be made for PWS/IIS, etc :)

Personally, I wouldn't worry as much about upgrading the server as I would
about upgrading the OS... but that could just be that my experiences have
lead me to have my blood run cold at the thought of going back to Win 9X or
ME.
