[thelist] Table Alignment Problems

Thanks for the input guys, I ran in to the issues Mark has pointed out and
was hoping I had overlooked something.

I guess a true fix would be a redesign to "hide" the lack of vertical
control of block elements.

The height attribute is ignored. The table is only as high as it's
content and everything appears at the top of the browser window.
