Hi

I hope someone here will be able to answer this.
Which of the php based, GPL'ed CMS software out there, can I use to run a
bilingual site?

I'm sure that none of them will do what I want out of the box, but which one
would be the less painful to modify?

I need to let a user decide between English and French.. The menus should
change accordingly (but not the look of the site)  and the articles too.
Some articles will be published in both languages, some in only one.  The
end user should only see the articles in his/her chosen language.

I don't want to duplicate my installation, because I want only one user
table, and only one admin interface (the admin interface does not have to be
bilingual, but it should be able to affect both sides of the site)
