[thelist] Hiermenus is licensed now?

I was wondering that as I typed my last message. I was thinking that there must've been a basic license before, and I'm sure it said something like "terms subject to change without notice." Anyone know for sure? I don't have time to look into it right now.

And I hadn't though about changing my personal site to replace HM because the first time they started charging it was "free for personal use." Now personal use is $30 (unless they changed it again).
