Too many cooks spoil the broth, the user interface, the database schema, and
the server side scripting.

Divide the tasks in a project up by specialty and area. Don't share between
groups too much. A project leader/ manager/ architect should do the majority
of communicating between groups.

This allows individuals and members of groups to focus on their specialty
without too much interference from outside, often un informed sources.

For example, In the development of a website, have one member/group
concentrate on User Experience and User Interface, have another focus
entirely on server side scripting and database construction.

Allow the project leader to confer with both groups, determine their needs,
and facilitate communication or collaboration if necessary.

Saves time...responsibilities are clear.
