[thelist] Setting folder properties on an NT server

As far as I know, Windows NT does not allow users to change permissions
through FTP. Windows NT permissions can be set only at the console; the
administrator must physically sit down in front of the computer and use the
NT Explorer interface to click on the desired directories and set the
desired permissions.

If you do find a way around this -- it would make a great tip!
I'll keep looking -- my information is rather dated, so they might have
implemented something that allows remote FTP permissions in a patch or sp.

Regards,
Burhan.
