[thelist] CSS background image not showing in NN and IE-MAC

greetings fellow evolters,

after finally fixing the problem i had yesterday i realized that the
decoration line between the header and content isn't showing in NN and
IE-MAC.

the image is http://elfur.is/images/larett.gif
and it's supposed to be between the two horizontal black lines that lie
between the header and the content.

now, my css as well as my code validates, so there are no obvious hiccups,
but i just can't figure this one out.
