[thelist] Opera, Mozilla and Netscape not functioning with MSN as ISP

I apologise if I am repeating a step you've already undertaken.  But, have
you checked the proxy settings.

It is likely that MSN won't allow direct communication with the outside
world and all requests must go via their proxy.

Check under Internet Option to see if there is a proxy being used.
