When printing a gradient (liner or radial) even at high resolutions a
"banding" can occur of similar pixel values giving the gradient a choppy,
segmented look. To avoid this, in Photoshop, apply "filters-->blur-->Gausian
Blur-->" 0.5-1 pixels and 1 pixel of noise. "filters-->noise-->add noise".
