The bobby validator checks web sites for accessibility compliance against
the WCAG and Section 508 guidelines. check out http://www.cast.org/bobby/

Thanks for all the feedback so far guys. I have passed it on to the web
designer. So basically, we want to use relative, rather than absolute
positioning. Hmmm, shoulda thought of that
