Ah. There are issues, and to get precise layout pretty much requires
a lot of experimenting or having learned what to do already by past
experimenting and looking at other's work. The best thing to do would
be to make sure your Flash person/people knows how to do it. To help
you retain someone who will be able to do it, you might want to ask
them about:

- the z-index thing Matt mentioned
- browser-specific issues about Flash on the same page as animated gifs
- maybe pull up

and give them a pop quiz, concentrating on the SCALE attributes and
how they relate to WIDTH and HEIGHT.

But again, if it's just one Flash movie on a page with HTML content
as well and it can be a fixed pixel size, it's not a big deal at all
- just pasting the published code into the page and editing the
alternate content works fine.
