 From what I understand, it's mostly used for 'paged media', ie, printed
sheets, etc.
You use it to set the dimensions of the page to be printed.

example: "@page { size 8.5in 11in; margin: 2cm }

For example, the following @page rule sets the page box size to 8.5 x 11
inches and creates '2cm' margin on all sides between the page box edge and
the page area."
