Yes.

Konqueror - No alpha transparencies
IE 5 Mac - Full Support
Opera 6 - Full support
Mozilla - Full support, with general rendering glitches that are on the 1.0
radar. (See bug 121230 in Bugzilla)
IE Windows - No support for gamma correction, bad support for alpha
transparencies. Paletted images render with all alpha transparencies as
fully transparent, while true colour images gets a homogen
background-colour to blend to. Colour differs between situations and
browser versions.
Netscape 4 - No gamma correction, no alpha channels. Early 4.x versions
have no support at all.
IE 5.5+ Windows - There is a fix for images using DirectX filters. No luck
at fixing background images though. See
<http://webfx.eae.net/dhtml/pngbehavior/pngbehavior.html>.

You can use it for most people. Somewhere around 5-20% won't be able to
display it, unless you are in an environment with lots of IE 5.0 or
Netscape 4 users, where that quota will raise.

Nice examples - bad that Mozilla's PNG bugs are present.
