Seemed fairly simple when I downloaded from http://www.cvsnt.org however my
problems started when I tried to run client and server on the same
machine.....but I think if you were to run CVSNT server on a dedicated
server the installer would do most of the work for you. Looks like a pretty
useful tool.

Since I cannot afford two machines I have VM'ed unix, run CVS server from
there and run the WINCVS client on the win2k workstation I use.
