[thelist] asp multiple page form save to database - ?

could anyone point me in the right direction to figure out how to do such a
thing?
our client has a form that spans 4 pages and when submitted, wants that
information to be available for them to look at when they so
choose.(options? database,etc)
I'm  newbie when it comes to asp so any help would be greatly appreciated.
