When building them purdy layouts in your favorite WYSIWYG or text editor,
keep in mind modularity of the code.  As you start rolling out print CSS
files, you'll want to be able to quickly and easily hide entire chunks of your
pages without it throwing everything out of whack.  If you already use
includes or templates, you may be ahead of the game.  If you already class
or id entire blocks of code for CSS, you might be able to leverage those
calls in your print style sheet.
